How long will my glasses take to arrive?

We deliver by Express Post, therefore your order will take approximately 2-3 business days, depending on your location.

If you have any concern with the ETA on your new glasses, do not hesitate to contact us at eyecare@eyestation.com.au

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch of your products. If you cancel your order before dispatch, we will refund the full amount of your order. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, you must return the goods to us within 7 days in the same condition in which you received them. We will refund the full amount once we receive the glasses back. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification.

Alternatively, you can return the glasses to our store in Claremont.

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your new glasses, we will offer a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply visit us at our Claremont store or send us an email explaining your issue and post the glasses back to us. Once we receive your order back, we will issue the refund within 30 days. Please read the terms of service for all return conditions.

Do my new glasses have a warranty?

Absolutely! You have a 2 year warranty on your frame. This is a manufacturer’s warranty and therefore is subject to visual assessment. Our warranty ONLY includes manufacturing faults and does not include damage by wear and tear, everyday use or sudden impact. If you have a fault with your glasses, please take a picture and send it to eyecare@eyestation.com.au for assessment or visit our friendly staff at our Claremont store.
